Forgiveness

1-24-2011..Luke 23:34) 34 Jesus said, "“Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”" Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots....... (Matthew 18:21-22) 21 Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?” 22 Jesus said to him, "“I don’t tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven......... .FORGIVENESS is one of the many important words used and emphasized in the bible and by Jesus.It is so important that Jesus used it as he was being put to death.Some may feel that the hurt and pain that was caused to them can not be forgiven, and of course there are some that may be to horrific be able to forgive such as sexual or physical abuse, murder of a loved one etc....But some are able to Forgive even than...I know that I have made some mistakes in my life, like saying something to fast and not thinking it out because maybe my feelings were hurt or misplaced.It happened on here as a matter of fact and everything was misunderstood.....by one little thing..SILLY ISN'T IT!!! I got an apology from this person and I feel it from her heart I ACCEPT this apology and I too would like to APOLOGIZE for any sadness I have caused her ...Thank you so much!!!! What does Jesus Say about this Act Of Forgivness..... (Matthew 6:14-15) 14 “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasse... Luke 17:4) 4 If he sins against you seven times in the day, and seven times returns, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”"
