Gemini and Astrologer Fernando António Nogueira de Seabra Pessoa

Pessoa was born into an artistic, cultured family in Lisbon, Portugal on 13 June 1888. Typically Gemini, the most remarkable of Pessoa's poetic achievements are those alter-egos, or "heteronyms," he created to be authors of his poetry. Pesso argued "pseudonyms" do not simply disguise the author, but replace the author, allowing the author to affect a completely different persona. In my blingee you see dual Pessoa alter-egos opposing each other with characteristic Gemini shadows. The central Pessoa overlooks his natal chart (he believed in astrology) and destiny.
