Mary, Emma and Micheal are all in awe of their Christmas tree. The candles that represent Jesus as the light of the world are all glowing, The red candle for His blood he shed for all, the white for his purity being without sin, and the green representing eternal life as green is often used for that. The tree pointing to Christ and the evergreen symbolizing the life everlasting we have in Jesus because the evergreen never dies in the winter. The wreath in the Window signifying also eternal life and life without beginning and never-ending represented by the circle. Then, of course, the gifts under the tree which originally were also in honor of Christ and help us remember the gifts the wise men brought to show the true gift of Love that Jesus brought us, and sacrifice as often Christmas gifts are, but we seldom think about that anymore. When we give a gift of love to someone. Perhaps we get them something we know they want or need... It is a sacrifice of time and money but the rewards are worth it. Jesus promised that when we honor Him and give offerings to least of his we are giving it to Him. This wonderful spirit seems to be the greatest this time of year. When we think of others and a babe born in a manger so many years ago. Thus, when we make gifts for others or purchase them, let us remember Christ who gave us the greatest gift of all and most sacrificial gift of all with Greatest love for us all.
