Maria Robotnik from Sonic X. All I gotta say about this is that it looks like Maria got Disney-fied! I dunno, the whole "dreamer" thing. lol xD It's her looking down at the earth like a spinning marble on the ground, like her dream of going down to visit the earth one day. :)
