Hello, my name is Michael Michael Joseph Jackson, to be exact This is the story of my life On August 29, 1958 I was born in Gary, Indiana To my parents, Joseph and Katherine I was their seventh child I had brothers and sisters, too They were Rebbie Jackie Tito Jermaine La Toya Marlon Randy and Janet I loved them all very much But I couldn't say the same for my Daddy, Joseph Since I was young, Daddy hurt me He would whip me and call me names until I cried It got to the point where I would feel sick just by the sight of him He evenpushed me and my brothers into walls sometimes One night while I was asleep I heard a funny noise outside When I looked out the window there was a horrible monster The monster came into my room, shouting at me I cried and then saw it was Daddy I hadso manynightmares about that incident When I was but five, I performed a Christmas recital that everyone loved They called me child prodigy They called me musical genius I liked the attention, but inside I was just a regular little boy In 1964, Marlon and I joined the Jackson Brothers That was a band formed by Jackie, Tito, and Jermaine We were backup musicians I played congas and he played tambourine Although later I moved on to backup vocals and dancing When I was buteight, Jermaine and I assumed lead vocals The Jackson Brothers became the Jackson 5 In 1966, we even won a talent show Starting in 1972, I released some solos too The Jackson 5 left our hometown three years later In 1975 We toured internationally Suddenly my life changed forever I was a huge hit Theguy who never thought he was special Suddenly so famous In 1978 I was in a movie In 1982, I did the song Someone In The Dark for E.T. Then there was Thriller It was just so extremely popular I couldn't believe how famous I was becoming I purchased and made friends with my pet chimp Her name was Bubbles Everyone thought I was pretty weird But I didn't mind In the 80s my skin was getting paler and paler Paler and paler and paler and paler I was soon diagnosed with skin conditions Skin conditions the doctors called lupus and vitiligo One fateful day something happened I was accused of child abuse I was deemed not guilty, but it was too late For my career was ruined I found comfort in drugs They made me feel better But soon enough I was a drug addict I had to go to rehab In 2009, I was supposed to go and have a concert But those dreams were dashed Why? Let me tell you why I was at home when all of a sudden I felt sick I fell down and blacked out I heard my family call the emergency number But when help came it was too late Hello, my name is Michael Michael Joseph Jackson, to be exact Today I died
