After 911 the senate passed the Patriot act. This act allows each agency given permission by homeland security to go ahead and tap anyone anywhere in the usa. Citizens dont really know much about the patriot act.. get aware and google or find out! Tapping and watching citizens is legal for those who say they are doing it simply for "suspicion" now because of the patriot act. Bush started it, and Obama is continuing it. Please learn about our rights!
