Sándor Rózsa (born July 10, 1813, Szeged – died November 22, 1878, Szamosújvár) was a legendary Hungarian bandit (in Hungarian: betyár) from the Great Alföld. He is the best-know Hungarian highwayman, his life inspired numerous writers, notably Móricz Zsigmond, Krúdy Gyula.
