i know how..

1.on photobucket,choose one of ur pics to customize and decorate
2.in the "effects" section lookm for and choose grey scale,then click on the advanced button
3.there's three ways; choose the painted section
4.use the brush to paint grey around the area you want to stay colored..
5.then after it's finished..save a copy..
and that's it..
