Sel's POV: I sat on my bed and watched Miley close the door. She seemed antsy. "Sel, we're friends right?" "Kind of, why?" "I have to tell you something..." He voice was a low whisper. "What?" "I think I still have feelings for Nick..." Even though she was whispering I heard that loud and clear. I stood up quickly. "Sel..." "WHAT?!?!" "Don't b-" "You're leading Liam on if you still like Nick!! Plus we're dating, he's over you!" "Selena calm down..." "CALM DOWN?! YOU'RE THE ONE SAYING YOU LIKE YOUR FRIEND'S BOYFRIEND!" "I DON'T LIKE HIM, I JUST HAVE A FEW MIXED FEELINGS ABOUT HIM!!!" I wasn't putting up with this anymore. "We're over Miley! You're not my friend anymore!" I ran down the stairs and grabbed my coat. As I walked to the front door, Joe stopped me. "Hey, where's the fire?" "Move Joe.." "Someone's mad.....what was with the yelling?" "Like you and Nick couldn't hear what we were saying." I tried to get past but his figure blocked my way. He has his right hand on the knob. Nick walked out of the kitchen. "Sel.." "You don't love her anymore....right?" "I don't love Miley. I thought I did, but we were 13. We didn't know what love was. She dumped me for Liam." "I know..." "I'm not going back to her Selena." My eyes began to water. He hugged me tight. "Selena, don't worry," he whispered in my ear, "you're the only girl in my life right now." His breath tickled my ear. I smiled a little. -Miley's POV:- I felt the tears stream down my face as I saw Selena and Nick embracing. I quickly tiptoed down the stairs and out the back door. I wiped my eyes and headed for the sidewalk. Me and my stupid feelings ruined another friendship. -Flashback time :D- "Miley, you kissed him!!" "Demi li-" "YOU KNOW HOW I FEEL ABOUT JOE!!!" "Please De-" "NO MILEY, HOW COULD YOU?!" "HE KISSED ME!!" "SURE HE DID!" Her eyes streamed with tears. Her usual big grin was in a quivering frown. Her brown hair clung to her wet cheeks making her look seven again. Demi ran from the park in sobs. Joe got off the swing and walked over to me. "I didn't know she liked me." "...I did..." "Miley, why would y-" "Because I liked you first." "You just broke up with Nick for Liam!" "SO I'M 14!!! I'M GROWN UP NOW!" "No you're not Miley." He stormed away, never looking back. My heart shatter in that moment. -End of flashback- Taylor was right. I wasn't a good person, I hurt too many people. I had to leave, and leave now. I pulled out my phone and called someone. "Hello.....it's Miley, how fast can you fly me to California?"
